The arbitration court of the Kostroma region declared the concession deal of the Galichsky district of the region invalid, the district prosecutor’s office reports.
In January 2023, the administration of Dmitrievsky village transferred three water supply facilities to the Vodoteploresurs municipal unitary enterprise: networks in the villages of Ivankovo, Nagatino and the Artesian well. The contract was concluded in such a way that the operating organization did not pay for the use of the property.
The prosecutor’s office saw it as a violation. the so-called concession agreement was not really that. The organization that has signed such a contract must not only use the property provided to it and receive income, but also update it at its own expense.
The head of the settlements administration did not respond to the prosecutor’s office in any way, so the arbitration court had to resolve the conflict. Now the property has become urban again.
