RBC’s digital platform has been praised for offering a seamless and easy-to-use experience, ensuring customers have access to the best banking services.

“The bank has also been praised for its strong security measures, highlighting industry-leading features such as two-factor authentication and the launch of biometric authentication. These measures give our customers the peace of mind to know that their transactions and data are secure,” the statement said.

“Additionally, the impressive adoption of RBC’s digital banking services was highlighted.
