“Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings Limited Company” (“Eurobank Holdings”) informs the investing public that the ordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on July 23, 2024, among other things, decided to cancel in accordance with Article 49 of this law . Law 4548/2018, 52,080,673 own shares of Eurobank Holdings, with a nominal value of EUR 0.22 each. Accordingly, the share capital was reduced by EUR 11,457,748.06 and Article 5 of the Articles of Association was amended to reflect this reduction.
After this reduction, the share capital of Eurobank Holdings now amounts to €806,167,802.88, divided into 3,664,399,104 ordinary nominal shares with a nominal value of €0.22 each.
On 02.08.2024, the preliminary decision 3331719/02.08.2024 of the Ministry of Development was registered in the General Commercial Register (GEMH.), approving the amendment of the relevant article of the charter of Eurobank Holdings. The Corporate Transactions Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange in its 06.08.2024 at the meeting, it was informed about the cancellation of the shares and the consequent reduction of the share capital.
