Cooperative Bank of Chania. Participation in TEPIX III to support small and medium enterprises

Q: Chania Cooperative Bankcontinuing to strengthen small and medium entrepreneurship, participates in “TEPIX III” new business funds, which are managed; Development Bank of Greece (EAT SA).

According to the relevant announcement, the Bank offers the new financing instruments of TEPIX III very small, small and medium enterprises supporting their investment projects and their liquidity on favorable terms, collateral reduction, interest rate subsidies.

TEPIX Credit Fund III

Chania Cooperative Bank participates in the Credit Fund TEPIX III” provides loans with favorable terms to meet the financial needs of businesses based in Greece, with the aim of strengthening their production activity and improving their competitiveness.

The campaign refers to the granting of new loans to SMEs with favorable terms to cover their financial needs (loans for investment purposes and working capital for the expansion and development of the company’s activities), with the funds of the Bank and the Co-financing Fund, which: administered by EFTA. These are soft interest loans with a regular repayment period.

40% of the loan from the funds of the fund is interest-free, and the interest rate applied to 60% of the amount given by the bank is:

– an interest rate reduction of at least 25 basis points in relation to the corresponding financing without the support of public funds;

– two-year subsidy of 3% annual interest rate (with conditions).

TEPIX Guarantee Fund III

The Cooperative Bank of Chania participates in the “TEPIX III Guarantee Fund” campaign to provide guaranteed loans with favorable terms to small and medium enterprises located in Greece, with the aim of meeting the needs of working capital (regular repayment period and revolving credit. ) and investment loans with the presentation of a business plan.

The Guarantee Fund is divided into two sub-programs/sub-funds depending on the characteristics of eligible businesses;

– The “General Entrepreneurship” sub-fund, which deals with SMEs

– “Entrepreneurship of New Businesses” sub-fund, which refers to micro and small businesses operating for up to 5 years.

Loans under the “General Entrepreneurship” sub-program will be guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund in the amount of 70%, and loans of “New Business Entrepreneurship” by the fund in the amount of 80%.

The fund will provide an interest rate subsidy of up to 3% for the first two years of funding to businesses that meet specific criteria, as well as a zero guarantee fee.

To be included in the TEPIX III Credit Fund and the TEPIX III Guarantee Fund, the financing candidate submits an online application.

A) On the KYC (Know Your Customer) platform of the Hellenic Development Bank, through the website www.hdb.gr, and the Cooperative Bank of Chania is selected as the cooperation bank.

For each completed application and after a series of evaluations of eligibility criteria, the application is forwarded to the Bank. If the application is initially accepted, that is, the interested person receives a non-binding offer, then a unique code is issued.

B) In the unified information system of state aid (ISIS) through the website https://app.opske.gr/ where the unique application number of the KYC platform should be entered so that the interested business can proceed with the process of submitting and completing the e-application to the Bank from which it has already received the non-binding offer.
